Risk warning

Trading financial markets involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, and with leveraged products you can lose it quickly. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

Enzo Calamita provides education and coaching in trading psychology, performance and behaviour change. Nothing on this website, in our emails, guides, community, live calls or coaching is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We do not give signals, trade calls or opinions on open trades, and we have no broker or prop firm partnerships.

You are responsible for your own trading decisions. If you are unsure whether trading is right for you, seek independent advice from a qualified, authorised financial adviser.

Who we are

This website is run by Enzo Calamita (“we”, “us”). For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Your first name and email address, when you join the Breakthrough Traders waitlist or ask for a free ebook.
• Your name, email address and what you tell us, when you send a message, apply for 1:1 coaching or ask Enzo to speak.
• Which page or social channel you came from, so we know what’s working.
• Anything you choose to send us by email.
• How the site is used. Our own visit counter and Cloudflare count visits without cookies and without identifying you. We record the page, where you came from (for example Instagram or Google), your country and device type, and we never store your IP address. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics also records which pages you visit, how you arrived, your device type and your approximate location.

Why we use it

• To send you what you asked for (the ebook, or news about the community) and occasional emails from Enzo on trading psychology and performance. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• To reply to your message, application or speaking request. We rely on your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
• To understand and improve the site, using analytics cookies only if you accept them.

Who else handles it

These providers act only on our instructions. We never sell your data.

• Kit stores our email list and sends our emails.
• Google provides our email and the spreadsheet where enquiries are stored, and Google Analytics if you accept cookies.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and our private admin area, where enquiries are also kept, and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
• Meta and TikTok will measure visits and sign-ups from our ads, but only once we advertise and only if you accept advertising cookies.

Some of these providers are based in the US. Where your data leaves the UK, it’s protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that we keep only what we must to make sure we don’t email you again. Enquiries: up to two years after we last hear from you. Google Analytics data: no more than 14 months. Visit counts: no more than 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

We only use analytics and advertising cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

• Your cookie choice (ec_consent, stored in your browser): remembers what you chose, for six months. Always on.
• Where you came from (enzo_from, stored in your browser until you close the tab): notes which social channel brought you here, so we can tag your sign-up. Always on.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): tells visits apart so we can see how the site is used. Kept for up to two years. Only if you accept analytics.
• Meta and TikTok (_fbp, _ttp): measure visits and sign-ups from our ads. Only if you accept advertising, and not in use yet.

• Everything on this site is for education and general information. Read the risk warning above before acting on anything you learn here.
• We work hard to keep the content accurate, but we can’t guarantee it is complete or up to date, and we are not liable for losses from relying on it.
• The content, design and the 5M Framework are ours. You’re welcome to share links, but please don’t copy or republish the material without permission.

• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
